We return to the beloved island of Skiathos, which we learned to recognize in the masterpieces "Hadolla/Woman at Sea". This time, an elderly woman wakes up like every morning, and looks out at the sea through the window of her house. On the horizon, next to two uninhabited islands, she notices a mysterious ship. This is a period stricken by the cholera epidemic, and the question arises about the fate of the ship. Where does the ship come from? Is it manned? And is our character's seafaring son there? The woman tries to find out details about the incident, once through the workers of the local shipyard, and then takes to the streets of the island in order to collect information and bits of gossip. Along the way, we are exposed to the human makeup of the island, its landscapes and its unique corners.
